These terms cover your use of agenttide.co.in (the "Site"). They don't cover any separate contract you sign with us for an actual automation build, audit, or training cohort — those are governed by their own written agreement.
The Site is provided to describe AgentTide's services and let you get in touch. You're welcome to browse it, watch the demo videos, and submit the contact form — please don't try to scrape, misuse, or attack it.
Nothing on this Site is a binding offer or guarantee of results. Descriptions of our agents, timelines ("weeks, not quarters"), and pricing approach are general and will be confirmed in writing for your specific engagement before any work starts.
Demo videos are hosted on YouTube and embedded here; YouTube's own terms govern your use of that player. We're not responsible for YouTube's availability or behavior.
The AgentTide name, logo, and site content are ours. Don't reuse them without asking.
The Site and its content are provided "as is." We aren't liable for losses arising from your use of the Site itself (as distinct from any signed service agreement, which has its own terms).
We may update these terms as the Site changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
