Privacy Policy

AgentTide ("we", "us", "our") operates agenttide.co.in. This page explains what data we collect when you visit or contact us, why, and what rights you have over it.

If you're an AgentTide client (or considering becoming one), this page covers this website only — not the data your business processes through a live agent we've built for you. That's governed separately by a signed Data Processing Agreement (DPA) specific to your engagement, covering what's processed, where, retention, and deletion. See "If you're an AgentTide client" below, or ask for the full DPA during your audit call.

What we collect

• Contact form submissions — name, email address, phone number (optional), company (optional), and whatever you write in the message field. Sent directly to us so we can reply; not sold or shared with third parties for marketing.
• Analytics (only after you accept our cookie banner) — we use Google Analytics (GA4) to see aggregate traffic patterns (pages viewed, rough location, device type). It does not load until you click "Accept" on the cookie banner.
• YouTube demo videos — the agent demo tiles on this site play a YouTube video in an on-page modal when you click them. Doing so loads YouTube's player, which sets its own cookies per Google's YouTube privacy practices. This only happens when you actively click to play a video, not on page load.

Why we collect it

To respond to enquiries you send us, to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it, and to let you watch product demos without leaving the page.

Third parties involved

• Netlify (or our hosting provider) — receives and stores contact form submissions so we can read them.
• Google — provides Google Analytics (GA4) and hosts the YouTube videos embedded on this site. Google's own privacy policy governs data it collects directly: policies.google.com/privacy.

If you're an AgentTide client

When we build and operate an AI agent for your business, it processes your customers', prospects', or employees' data on your behalf — enquiries, messages, booking details, and similar. That processing is covered by a separate Data Processing Agreement ("DPA") attached to your service agreement, not by this page. In summary:

• AI providers used to power agents — depending on the engagement, agents run on Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI (GPT-4o), or Google (Gemini) via their standard business APIs. By each provider's current policy, data sent through these business/API products is not used to train their models.
• Automation and workflow tools — agents may also route data through n8n, Make, or Zapier to connect with your existing CRM, calendar, or messaging tools (e.g. Twilio for WhatsApp/SMS), and store operational data in Supabase, Airtable, or Postgres where a project requires it.
• Retention and deletion — set out per engagement in your DPA, not a fixed site-wide policy, since it depends on what your agent does and what your own obligations are as the data controller.

Ask for the full DPA, including the complete sub-processor list and our data breach response procedure, before any client data flows through an agent.

Data retention

We keep contact form submissions for as long as needed to respond to you and maintain a record of client communication, and delete them on request (see below).

Your rights

Depending on where you're contacting us from, you may have rights under UK GDPR, the EU GDPR, or India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and to withdraw analytics consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email us at hello@agenttide.co.in.

Cookies

We use only the cookies necessary for the site to function, plus Google Analytics (only after you accept) and YouTube's player cookies (only when you play a demo video). You can withdraw analytics consent at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for this site and reloading, or by emailing us to ask that we do not track your visits.
